Returns
Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. However, exchanges are permitted for products that are malfunctioning or defective.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • If returning via courier, securely pack the product along with the original invoice and send it to:

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued only for out-of-stock products.
  • Refund processing times range from 2 to 14 working days.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned item.
