Web User Monitoring/Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Chat History/Recording of Communications
Website monitoring and recording of calls, emails, text messages, or other communications may take place when required in accordance with the law. This is primarily for Bakeware.lk business purposes, such as quality control, training, preventing unauthorized use of Bakeware.lk systems, ensuring effective system operation, and detecting or preventing crime.
Product/Service Termination
Bakeware.lk may suspend, vary, or terminate the services or website access at any time without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason.
Bakeware.lk may also terminate services or access immediately upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you, or if Bakeware.lk ceases operations for any reason.
Pricing
The list price displayed on our website may not always reflect the latest price. Actual prices are confirmed only upon order placement.
In case of pricing errors, Bakeware.lk may contact you for further instructions before processing or cancelling your order. If cancelled, you will be notified.
Unavailability of Product / Product Out of Stock
Inventory may not always be available. If an out-of-stock product is ordered and paid for, the sole remedy will be a refund of the amount paid.
Order confirmation emails/SMS serve only as acknowledgment of receipt and do not confirm order acceptance. Orders are accepted only after confirming product availability.
Payments
- We accept Cash on Delivery for selected areas.
- We accept payments via Bank Transfer
COD Policy
After confirming an order via COD, you cannot cancel or refuse payment upon delivery.
Delivery of Products
- Deliveries outside Colombo 1-15 and selected suburbs will be handled by third-party courier services.
- Inspect products thoroughly before accepting delivery. Damaged goods or missing parts should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel. Bakeware.lk will not process returns/refunds for accepted deliveries.
- Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, but delays may occur due to courier issues.
For Store Pick Up orders, please collect your product within 1 week of availability. Bakeware.lk is not responsible for product conditions after this period and reserves the right to dispose of uncollected items after one month.
Returns
Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. However, exchanges are allowed for malfunctioning or defective products.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- If returning via courier, securely pack the product with the original invoice and send it to:

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are issued only for out-of-stock products. Processing times range from 2 to 14 working days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Product Descriptions/Images/Specifications
Bakeware.lk strives for accuracy in product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that all details are error-free. In case of discrepancies, please contact customer support. At its discretion, Bakeware.lk will offer a replacement, alternative product, or refund.
